About Us

Pentagon Shopping Centre is situated in the town of Chatham in Kent, England.

With over seventy units, including New Look, a flagship JJB, Boots, Sainsbury’s,WHSmith, a 16 lane bowling alley and a varied catering provision, the Pentagon Shopping Centre is an established and important local and regional shopping destination.

We run a varied marketing and events programme including a Christmas grotto (usually opened with a procession through the high street!), and have two established events areas in Pentagon Court.

Above all we're a great place to relax with a coffee, grab a bite to eat, bowl the night away and, above all, shop!

Pentagon Shopping Centre has lots of places perfect for stopping off for something to eat or drink. Whether you’re refueling during your shopping trip, meeting a friend for a catch up over a coffee or grabbing something to eat during your lunch hour, you’ll find something delicious wherever you are in the Pentagon.

Disabled facilities

• All entrances on the ground floor are automatic electric doors
• At the 1st Bowl entrance there is a ramp for customer coming from the council car park
• All passenger lifts have been designed to meet DDA requirements
• First floor shopping can be accessed via two lifts
• There are two disabled toilets in the public toilet facilities
• There are twelve disabled car parking spaces in the underground car park and fourteen on the roof car park

Saving Stamps

With pennies tight for many this year, the Pentagon’s saving stamp scheme can help you save up in small amounts for a special shopping trip or throughout the year for Christmas. Visit one of the machines throughout the centre, pick up a savings card and start purchasing the £1 saving stamps from the vending machines.

Gift vouchers

Can’t think what to buy the person who has everything? Why not give Pentagon Shopping Centre gift vouchers. Redeemable in participating stores throughout the Pentagon,the vouchers are perfect for everything from weddings to Christmas, birthdays to christenings and any other time someone deserves a treat. Vouchers can be purchased from the special vending machines throughout the centre where you can also collect a gift card wallet and envelope.
